Question / Help Need help with settings.

Hi so basically I would like to stream csgo and i'm finding it impossible to find the right settings as either quality is shit or I'll max cpu usage and stuttery fps.

My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel core i5 4460
Ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
GPU: Gtx 780

I play csgo at 1024x768 and only have a webcam. I tried settings the res to 720p at 2000 bitrate with fast preset but still fps is low and does affect my overall performance. ovb x264 preset


any suggestions?
