Question / Help Need help with settings to record

What settings should I use, with these specs, (below). I've tried so many things and it still always turns out a bit blurry. Keep in mind i want to record

CPU: intel i5-4690k 3.5GHz Quad-Core LGA 1150
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8.00 GB DDR3
Video Card: ASUS Geforce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
Motherboard: MSI Z87 Gaming
HDDC: Corsair force LS series 120 GB sata SSD
