Question / Help Need help with settings, horrible connection

I have horrible connection so when I try to stream I always get high encoding

For some odd reason Its alright when I stream with the ps4 but its choppy/laggy when I stream off my xbox one.

Your Connection is not the problem here, high encoding is also not really related to a bad connection on the other hand your System is quite weak.

Please post a log as advised on the Stickies.
