Question / Help Need help with settings.(FOR STREAMING)

I reinstalled obs with a new computer and i need some help with setting it up.
My specs are
a gtx 1070
a core i5 6600k
16 gb ddr4 ram
600wat power supply
500gb ssd samsung (i have 2 of these)
a 1 tb harddrive
a Z170A m5 msi motherboard.
and here are my internet speeds and what not.

NVenc uses GPU & h264 uses CPU - so depending on your game your CPU is already sweating -> i recommend NVenc
bitrate between 2500-3500kbps (but i heard twitch allows now larger bitrate (6000kbps) - check that yourself - but have in mind: large bitrate reduces the possible viewers (bad/mobile internet e.g.)

i cant help setting up NVenc - but you can ask here for help

Ok i will use nVenc. thanks and do you think i can stream nicely with i5 procsessor on league of legends.

LoL wont be a prob with CPU i guess - its more games like RainbowSix, Division, ARMA 3 or GTA V - espcially Metro Last Light Redux
