Honestly, dropping 233 frames out of a total of 97994 isn't all that alarming. Regardless, dropping the bitrate to 3500 Kbps (unofficial maximum for Twitch) and it'll probably be completely fine.

The late frames are of a bigger concern however; 6.81% late frames really is a bit on the high side. Either go back to using Veryfast or drop the graphics settings on whatever it is you're streaming a bit.

I usually stream at 3300 Kbps. This was just my latest log and I only use this PC to broadcast with so I don't play any games on it.

Then go back to using Veryfast, as the PC is obviously having some trouble with Faster. 6.81% really is too much.
