Need Help with setting

New Member
I have a newer PC with new motherboard with new AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core Processer with a Radeon TM RX 480 Graphics card will be updating soon when price goes down. My help I need is the full setup for recording only for obs I have played with some setting can not get any 60 minute videos under 20GB size and when I upload to youtube takes about 6-8 hours to upload and help please
