Question / Help Need help with setting up OBS correctly for my settings.

I have an AMD FX-Series 6120 6 Core Processor @3.5ghz , Nvidia 650ti and I'm running about 6 upload. Is it sufficient to atleast run at 720p60fps? I attempted streaming last night but my friends who were watching the stream saying there wasn't too much lag but there were some certain and significant lag spikes.

It should be sufficient to stream 720p60fps, but don't set your bitrate too high. You really only need 3000 bitrate for a good looking 720p60fps stream. Anything higher than that and you run the risk of choking your network/Twitch deciding it doesn't want to handle the load that day/your friends watching not being able to view such a high bitrate
