Question / Help Need help with screen freezing but still capturing audio (with log file)

Ok, the issue since the update is that when I'm recording and the issue with OBS it will be recording only the audio and the video is frozen in place kind of like its having trouble with frame rate or something. the video is basically frozen and the the video moves at about 1 frame per second but he audio records just fine.

Are you using FRAPS by any chance?

I was having the same issue and it turned out for me that there was a conflict with fraps.
Turned fraps off (and disabled launch on startup) and i've not had a problem since.

Unfortunately my experience as a user is very limited, so if that isn't the issue, then I don't know and I am hoping someone else will be able to help you further.

No, I do not have FRAPS wish it was that easy of a fix. I think it has something to do with the last update. It was not having this issue before the update. I have a gaming laptop and a desktop that I use OBS studio on and I had not updated my desktop and tried it out the other day and it was working just fine until I ran the update and now it is doing the same as my OBS studio on my gaming laptop. I think it has to do with something with the update but unsure.
