I don't see any issues in the log that would result in a gray screen on Twitch, though there are a few general changes you can make:

- Enable Aero if you're going to use a Window Capture source
- Enable CFR under Settings > Advanced

If you make a local recording, does the video also appear as a gray screen? Does Twitch list VODs for any of your streaming attempts? Be sure to enable the "Automatically archive my videos" option at http://www.twitch.tv/settings/channel

thanks for the help it back on now but not every 20 second the stream would pause/buffer for 10 second then start up again then pause/buffer

do you know any way to fix this

Buffering means means a viewer isn't able to get data from Twitch as fast as the streamer is sending it out. It does not indicate any type of problem with the stream itself, and is different for everyone. Just because one viewer gets buffering while trying to watch a stream doesn't mean others do.

but it happening to my self on my own computer when i try to see if every thing is ok with the stream

well if that the case i guess there no way to fix it
