I have already checked some of the other forum post with the same problem. When I play the game the game play isn't choppy or poor quality at all, and i have it set to 30 fps and only wants to record in 11 or 18 fps. I really need that to go up. It doesn't seem to work for me even when everything on my computer is turned down. Here are my computer specs:

Graphics Card Manufacturer - Powered by AMD

Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

Device ID - 6613

Vendor ID - 1002

SubSystem ID - 2335

SubSystem Vendor ID - 1787

Revision ID - 00

Bus Type - PCI Express 3.0

Current Bus Settings - PCI Express 2.0 x8

BIOS Version - 015.046.000.014

BIOS Part Number - 113-R23K-R23KLB

BIOS Date - 2014/07/20 22:36

Memory Size - 2048 MB

Memory Type - HyperMemory

Memory Clock - 800 MHz

Core Clock - 600 MHz

Total Memory Bandwidth - Not Available

2D Driver File Path - /REGISTRY/MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Control/Class/{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}/0000

And connected is my last log of the game. Could anyone try and help me plz? Thanks in advance!
P.S. - Thanks again to user Harold for helping me last time, sadly it didn't do any better :(
The log file is attached.

try this build of OBS that includes VCE. https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-branch-with-amd-vce-support.13996/

I would also use more bitrate as otherwise your quality will be potato. for that resolution I would use 6000 bitrate/buffer

Is that your GPU? I was just guessing. if so
I got it to work... it is recording with this new program with lower frames than before though.
please post logfile.

Yes but you didn't answer my question above. is your GPU a R7 240? If so, I dont think it supported VCE. there is only the R7 240 and R7 250 that do not support this. the rest of the R7 series and all of the R9 series do.

My apologies.

back to your issue, since you cannot use VCE, your CPU is to slow to use software encoding aka x264. the cheapest option would be to bet a 8320E with the new wraith cooler or upgrade your GPU to something that will.

x264 will give better quality, but we are still talking about the 720@30fps range and not much higher without an overclock.

the best solution if you have the $ is to go with an intel CPU and motherboard but again, this all depends on your situation
