Question / Help Need help with recording 1080p 30 FPS

To start off, I am using a i7 2600 CPU and a R9 390 GPU, and am attempting to record with 3000 bit-rate /w very fast encoding, and I am not down-scaling my output. I'm not very familiar with any bench-markings, but from what I know, this setup should be able to handle recording 1080p at 30 FPS with good quality.

I've been trying to record some clips from a game, (Which hovers around 110 FPS while recording) but the recordings have been coming out really blurry, and just awful looking in general. I've tried upping my bit-rate, toyed with my encoding a bit, but I don't really know what else to do.

Hopefully this issue can be resolved, any help is appreciated.

Oh right, I should have done that. I dunno if there's some special way your supposed to be that, but here's a copy-paste from the last recording.

Ah, is the AMD VCE encoder something I will need to download as a addon to OBS?

EDIT: And is this similar/same to the AMD Advanced Media Framework encoder? I just discovered that setting.

So, I might be freaking out over nothing actually. I think it's just my video player is not displaying the video at the best quality. I've uploaded some videos to you-tube with 1080p quality that I had recorded. But now that I go back to look at the raw file I had uploaded and play it on windows media player, it looks just as bad as the recordings I've been trying to do the last few days.

I apologize in advance that it is actually called "Advanced Media Framework", sorry for the confusion :P.
Yeah. use AMF as an encoder for OBS Studio.

EDIT: VCE is AMF
