How do I make an OBS log file?

So I'm able to get everything recording fine, but the quality is absolutely awful. Here is an example on my twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/uikri/b/463565612

The sound appears to be just fine now, which I had problems with before, but obviously this quality of video is unacceptable. How can I fix this?
