Question / Help Need help with PS4 setup (game sound)

I'm new to this OBS thing so forgive me. Any advice would help.

Is it possible to get game sound from my PS4 to go to both the stream and into my headset without adding more cables?
I'm trying to be as wireless as possible. When I use my headset, the audio does not go directly to OBS. When I unplug the headset, it does, but then I cant hear game audio.

Is there a work around so I get game audio going to both at the same time?

You could try to "reroute" your sound with one of those programs:
