Question / Help Need help with optimization (fps drops and ping spikes)

I'm experiencing dropped frames and major ping spikes when attempting to stream games such as Darkfall: Unholy Wars and Chivalry. Turn-based games and less graphically demanding games have less of an issue obviously but I would like to be able to play more fps games without being handicapped by my fps loss and ping issues.

Here is a copy of my obs logs from Darkfall Unholy Wars. During this time I was experiencing about 60 fps drops and spikes up to 500 ping from a normal rate of around 43.
