Question / Help Need help with OBS

I was streaming perfectly fine for a few weeks and just recently my stream constantly freezes due to bitrate and frame drops.

Here are all my setting

my specs are :

Intel core i7-4770 CPU 3.40GHZ

16 ram
windows 8 64 bit

Nvidia geforce gtx 1050

Hey Clysdale - I'm still learning how to read these log files, but I was living in a world of blame for the last 8 months between my ISP, my router manufacturer and my modem manufacturer. Turns out my ISP was 100% at fault for all bitrate issues. It took me 8 months of calling weekly, and then most recently every day to get to the root of the problem (which was MAJOR, a bunch of super crazy things all added up to a crap connection). Highly recommend you call your ISP and don't stop until they get it fixed if you continue to experience this bitrate issue.
