Don't use a bit rate higher than 3500. Twitch considers higher bit rates than that an abuse of their system. Furthermore, a huge chunk of people won't be able to view your stream because of the high bandwidth requirement.

It looks like you're lagging more frames than you might want...perhaps lowering the bit rate will help.

You don't have to use DxTory to capture the game anymore. Try the latest OBS test version, because game capture is supposed to work with it now: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=3658

Oh alright Im going to lower the settings and try the latest version..

I was using dxtory so I could alt tab from the game to type in chat as I run 2 screens..

P.S just testing OBS still won't detect game withought dxtory.. :/

Are you using the test version of OBS? If it isn't working, I think Jim would want to know...could you post your log and capture hook log in the test build thread?

1680x1050 doesn't have a direct downscale to 720p due to aspect ratio differences. You can always set your resolution to 1280x720 manually and resize the source windows to fit using the Ctrl+F shortcut. But do understand that since your game is running in a 16:10 aspect ratio and you want to run the stream in a 16:9 aspect ratio, there will be horizontal black bars on the sides of the stream.

Oh ok well then 700p it is then .. its almost as good as it.. I can try to stream at 840p but not sure, it might lag...
