Question / Help Need help with OBS settings.

Yo!
I am currently trying to start stream some CSGO. I have tried alot of settings and everything but nothing seems to work. Either i get fps lags ingame/low fps or i drop frames in OBS or the sound on the stream gets delayed and so on and so on.

I have:
2x MSi GTX 1080 X 8GB
i7 7700k 4.2GHz
16GB RAM
SSD

Shouldn't this computer be able to stream without problems?
If so, what settings should I use to make it work.

I don't know if the log works? I am not sure what i streamed last time, but tell me if i should make a new one.
