Question / Help need help with OBS settings!

hello ~~
i'm trying to start streaming but i have no idea how to adjust my OBS settings to suit my connection speed or computer .. it is constantly freezing or lagging at the current random settings i have it on but my connection speed is super fast. thank you ~~

ferret i don't want to put doubt on your words, but, i tried that config and the stream is not good.
Is not clear, on move suffer blurring and the overall quality is just bad!
