Question / Help Need Help with Obs Settings

I want to record Black Ops 2 on my ps3 with the Elgato , but the video is bad cause i cant setup my stream i never done that so much before.

My Specs: Processor: AMD FX-8350
8GB RAM
Windows 7 Professional

Upload Speed 49,5 Mbit/s down | 6,0 Mbit/s upload please help!

there are videos on elgato's youtube site to assist on setup. for local recording settings. here are all the guides on OBS forums https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/categories/guides.2/?order=rating_weighted

below is the recommended guide for general high quality recordings. once you set it up, just make a video capture device source in OBS and don't have the elgato software running. remember to keep it simple! if you don't know what it is or what it does, dont change it!
