Question / Help need help with obs settings

Hi could you help me with obs settings that i should use ?

I have:
10mb upload

AMD Bulldozer - FX-8150 overclocked to 4.5ghz
Asus GTX 770 Nvidia GeForce DirectCU II OC 2GB GDDR5
G-Skill Ripjaws X 16GB (2 x 8GB)

i also have seen the NVENC feature do you guys know how it works ? i tried to use it but i was losing quality i also have a spare graphics card GT 630 that could use it .

whats you guys think ?

For streaming you will want to use the x264 encoder. The nvenc needs a lot more bitrate to look good.
Now for your settings it depends on what you want to do at which resolution etc.
But you can use our estimator to get starting values:

Do some tests with those settings and then upload us a log file and we can help you further.
