hey, i've moved to Taiwan and gotten a new PC since i last streamed, which was a while ago, so i kinda need help with settings again><. my PC settings are:

i5-6300HQ 2.3GHz
GTX 960M
8GM RAM

and here's my speedtest:

what should i set my rates/settings to and should i change my FMS URL to the Taiwan one?
