Question / Help Need Help With OBS settings for recording on Mac (Window Capture)

I am trying to record a window of "DualCapture" for gameplay and for some reason it is laggy and the frames skip occasionally. Anyway to help out with this? My computer has good upload speed and is fast. This is primarily for recording on OBS not streaming.
