Need HELP with OBS Scoreboard

Hello, I am trying to figure out how - if possible - to run the OBS scoreboard app/plugin remotely from another devise? Also, how do I sync the scoreboard/clock at my local football field and gym to the clock so it runs and updates automatically? I live-stream high school sports and solving these two problems would help me tremendously. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
