Question / Help Need help with obs in general...Warning High Encoding?

actually, im currently using windows 10 (no way to remove 'aero')
cpu can play skyrim on high O.o wonder if the 10 thing is messing with it....its a Radeon 7640
fps resolution and stuff is the recommended for the 'test'

not trying to nock your results im looking for advice on remedying this

Appreciate it. Ill try adding some priority to it, and lowering the downscale. My only issue is people generally dont watch low scale videos yes?
