heres the newest log please give me your honest opinion do you think I fixed it cause the fps is still going down n I drop the resolution as well like the estimator said to do

Bitrate 64, buffer 1? Where did you get those settings? That isn't going to work.
Likewise, you're on a 'budget' CPU... might be able to handle what you're trying to do, at the resolution you're using, but it's going to be difficult... might even have to go to Ultrafast.
I'd also drop your audio to 96kbps AAC, 160 is absolutely unnecessary and wastes bandwidth.
Your bitrate setting is almost definitely your problem though.

Remember that it's expecting kbps, not mbps. 1000kbps = 1mbps. So is the OBS settings menu.

i already tried the estimator n i put it on the settings it told me to do bit if it's not going to work what do you think should be the bitrate and buffer?
