Hey guys I'm a pretty new streamer.
I used to stream on an old pre-built desktop but luckily I've made a major upgrade and I really need help with settings now.
Mainly I will be streaming CS:GO, I haven't 100% set up obs with my stream key or anything so I just have default settings.
I did try to set it up for recording to see what the quality looks like but it still looks really pixelated (Most likely have bad settings).
I want to stream at around 60fps if thats possible.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit OS
AMD FX 6300 Six Core processor 3.50ghz
8 GB DDR3 RAM
XFX Raedon R9 280 Graphics Card
Internet:
Verizon Fios
Online speed Test:
Ping: 8
Download Speed: 29.41 mbps
Upload Speed:26.75 mbps
CSGO In Game settings:
Aspect ratio: 16:9 Widescreen
resolution: 1920x1080
MultiCoreRendering: Enabled
Playing on an HDTV with HDMI
All high settings
Get about 170-290 FPS in game
Will I be able to stream In 60FPS?
I mostly just want my picture quality to look Visible/decent while streaming is all.
Please help me set up my settings thank you guys it'd be helpful if you told me where the setting is found in each tab as well Thank You guys :)
