Question / Help Need Help With Multi PC Audio

I am currently trying to use my Macbook Pro as a stream machine. The capture card I'm using is the Avermedia Extremecap U3. The only way I can input audio is with the RCA adapter (the red and white cables).

Woops just realized that I had the Red RCA cable plugged into the wrong one on the adapter, just ignore that :P

Now this probably means I'm going to need a mixer right? Here are my audio output choices on my main PC:

The Mic I'll be using to stream is the Blue Yeti. So really the only thing I need the mixer for is to get audio on both my Macbook and my main PC at the same time. If anyone has any ideas on what cables/splitters/mixers I'll need, that would help me out a ton. Mixers are expensive, I don't want to buy the wrong one :P

If this is in the wrong section, I'm sorry :)

Thank you so much for that link =D I do have another question though. Would it be easier to bypass the capture card altogether, and use NVENC to stream via a RTMP server. I haven't looked into it very much, but it looks as though it would solve a few problems I am having with my capture card, such as screen tearing (I'm playing at 144hz) and audio splitting. What are people's preferences on which one is better?

And about the audio, anyone know if this setup will work?

The only thing in that illustration that I don't have is the mixer, but I want to find out if this would work before I spring for it. If there are any alterations I could make to the setup that would make it better, please tell.
