Question / Help Need help with mic echoing to playback device

I am new to OBS and trying to get my PC setup to use it. I am having a lot of difficulty getting my mic configuration nailed down. What keeps happening to me is that anything picked up by my mic is played to my default audio playback device on a long delay. I'm not sure exactly how long the delay is, but it seems way more than several seconds from looking at my Twitch videos.

How can I set up my mic so that it broadcasts audio, but my computer doesn't play it back?

You can see a short video of my problem here:

The really weird thing with that video is that it worked perfectly for about the first ~2:20 before the delay kicked in...

My current audio settings have my headset as the output and the mic/aux audio device disabled. In my scene setup, under the webcam properties I set the audio input device to be my mic and have it set to output audio to stream only with a 0ms delay. In my Windows Sound control panel, I do not have the "listen" box checked for the mic.

I feel like it shouldn't be this complicated, but I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated! :)

I am the biggest moron in the world. I had my Twitch broadcast dashboard still open from when I needed to grab my stream key. I didn't know it would start auto playing my stream when I went live. I figured out the mystery of where the audio echoing was coming from! Durr durr durr... :P

You're not a moron, merely a human being. Happens to more people than you think.
