Question / Help Need help with laggy/blurry video.

So, I am using a Mac and trying to record, not stream, gameplay of a few videogames. The games play fine, but when I look at the video, it is very blurry and laggy.

My Mac has these setting.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Processor: 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

13.3-inch (2560 x 1600)

What settings should I use in OBS to fix the laggy and blurry issue?

I was able to make the quality better, but now it only records a 4th of the screen.
