Hello. I don't know much about this, but I'm trying to make some simple gaming videos for Youtube. The game runs fine for the most part when I'm recording, but on playback it's an absolute mess. Incredible lag, choppy, seems to be skipping a lot of frames or something.

I read some other posts and tried to tinker with the settings, but to no avail. I was hoping someone could help me out. Thanks.

Here is a link to my log, and I'll attach it as well in case that doesn't work...

23:54:04.366: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1179 (47.8%)
23:54:04.555: Video stopped, number of skipped frames due to encoding lag: 575/2466 (23.3%)

The intel onboard GPU is not fast enough to run the game and render your OBS scene fast enough.
The CPU also is not fast enough to encode the frames into a video.

If possible, try again, after limiting your ingame FPS (if you get over 60fps constantly ingame, try a limit of 60fps, if you already have some dips under 60fps, try 30fps as a limit) to free up some GPU resources.
Also disable Windows 10 GameDVR.

Thanks. I will try.

I am having the same problem, ive tried almost everything, peaople say to change your encoder to your graphics card... this doesnt show up for me but you can try it, or set your cpu usage to ultra fast... if none of these work try setting you file save to lossles quality. None of these have worked (for me) but might work for you, if anybody else has advice on how to stop this problem please help! Thank you!
