First off, hello. I hope everyone is having a fine day as you are reading this post. So recently I have noticed I am getting minor frame drops and lag on my stream. My download speed is 44mbs and upload at 3-4 (fluxuates... usually in 3.6mb/s range). I have an intel i-7 ati raedon 6670 with 12gb of ram. Settings I use on obs are a bit rate of 1000, no resolution downscale, 40 fps and I use game capture for league of legends on twitch.tv (with aero on). Is there a way I can improve quality and/or reduce the dropped frames & lag while maintaining the desire quality ?
