Question / Help Need help with FPS.

Hey guys i need some help with my FPS drop problem. I currently have this set up https://gist.github.com/3a659ea06deeee51d1ec . I need some advice which Graphics card should I buy in order to stream smooth games. (Mostly dota 2 but planning to stream The Division as soon as release. ) Budget around $500 - $700

since you can compare the 3820 with the 2700k it pretty much eats all current games while streaming 720p60 on veryfast and shouldnt run into any problems.

your only issue left is the gpu even though the radeon hd 7800 series is decent it still aged.

depending on what you prefer 500-700 is plenty enough a gtx970 or a r9 390 will do the job and are at around 310-350$

Thank you alpin. One more quick question since I built my dual monitor set up I noticed my PC starting to create a loud noise once in a while. Do i need to upgrade a better fan/cooling too ? thanks in advance

hard to say what kind of noise it is or where it comes from.
