Question / Help Need help with finding Optimal Stream Setting

I've been trying to setup my stream for the last month. I originally had a i5 7600K but my stream still was not great. So I Just purchased a i7 7700k and the same problems I had with the i5 still is happening. These are the setting I was messing with, This is what I came up with to not stutter on my end while playing but my stream looks trash. It seems like every time I stream I can feel a slight input lag when streaming Rainbow6, Overwatch, and PUBG.

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Motherboard: MSI B150M BAZOOKA PLUS

RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4

SSD: WD Blue 250 M.2 SSD

HDD: Western Digital WD2003FYPS 2TB

Power Supply: CORSAIR CX550M
