I'm getting back into streaming, and am having extreme difficulty not dropping frames. Hardware shouldn't be an issue, i5-9600k, RTX 2080. Just replaced my modem, and wasn't having any of these problems before I stopped streaming in the past.
I went through the "read this first" post, and was able to change my server to something more stable, but it had no effect on my stream's performance. Immediately after going live I begin dropping frames. I've lowered my bitrate down below 3000 kbps, and nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated.
