Need help with CBR / CRF

When I try to locate CRF to switch to, there is no CRF there just CBR/CQP/VBR/Lossless. (Image provided). Please help me as I prefer CRF.

hardware encoders don't have CRF, that is x264 exclusive

How do you get x264?

CQP is essentially the same thing as CRF, for hardware encoders. Use that instead.
