Need help With capture

So I have an Elgato HD 60 pro plugged in via PCIE my problem is that sometimes the video will lag behind from what I see on the main monitor I don’t know why it does this when I deactivate and then reactivate the cancer card where she was fixed but only for a short period of time I do not know why this happens everything I google app pulls up stuff about adding an audio delay obviously the audio does not get delayed As to the fact I do not know what to do I am willing to provide logs but I don’t know what you will need if anybody has any suggestions let me know

How long is the delay? A certain amount of capture latency is normal with any capture device.
Elgato Support would be more likely capable of helping troubleshoot and fix their hardware; I guarantee they are entirely cognizant of OBS and support its use with their products.
