Question / Help Need help with bitrate and ingame ping spikes

Hey guys.

I've wanted to stream for a long time now, and made it recently possible with a new pc.

I have the problem that i keep pingspiking or pingincrease when i stream with a bitrate of 1000. (1080p, 30fps)

I found out that when i stream with a bitrate of 1200 and "Minimize network impact" checked it looks "alright" but im not happy with it, it's just too blurry when i move around a lot. (It looks like this: http://www.twitch.tv/fiinest2/b/543195031)

If you can't stream at a very high bit rate, you need to reduce your resolution. At 1200kbps, I wouldn't go higher than 480p.
