In the youtube video you can hear where the audio sound like its under water any help will be appreciated, I've tried disabling all forms of surround and it didn't help.

What is this actually? OBS doesn't do anything with the audio unless you tell it to -- if it's being fed garbled audio, it will record garbled audio.

Sounds like you may have a Noise Suppression filter applied. The normal speech sounds OK but when the tune plays the filter sees that as noise.

is that not just the mic in my laptop plus its muted in obs and ive tried to remove it and record and still same issuse
