Question / Help need help with audio delay

So im using my elgato to capture video and my mic to talk, and when i stream i think i configured it to have my voice correctly corresponding with the stream, but the game volume is off a lot. How do i fix this?

For the Game Capture HD, the delay is about 1450Ms, +/- 50ms
For the Game Capture HD60 the delay is 650ms, +/-50ms

we're trying to nail down the cause of this issue. Could you please make sure you have the latest version of the Game Capture software installed, as well as OBS, and please post this information:

Device you are using(HD/HD60):

Is the audio and video coming in from the HD60 desyncing?(Yes/No):
Is the audio and video from the device in sync but later drifts out of sync from mic/webcam?(Yes/No):
Are you using a webcam(Yes/No):

CPU model number:
How much ram(GB):
Graphics card:
