Question / Help Need help with a crisp clear setting!

Here's one of my stream https://www.twitch.tv/pmsmsjovial/v/109751360 , you can get a rough idea why i wanted a sharper video quality. I've tried to tweak it for a long time but since i'm pretty much an IT idiot, i figured out that i needed the help of you guys aka experts.


My PC Specs:
LENOVO IdeaCentre Y900
- Intel Core i7-6700K Processor(8M Cache, 4.2GHz)
- Windows 10 Home
- 16GB DDR4 RAM. 2TB+8GB SSDHD, 128GB SSD
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GFFR5
