I have a dual PC streaming setup:

Gaming PC:
CPU: I7-6700K 4.6 GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Monitor: Acer 27 inch 240 Hz
GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Streaming PC:
CPU: AMD 2700X
Motherboard: Asrock X370 Gaming X ( Latest Bios (P4.90)
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 4GB
Memory: 16 GB RAM (2x8GB Hyper X 2133-14 Fury Black RAM)
Elgato HD 60 PRO

OBS settings are on x264 medium settings 6000 bitrate

Sometimes I have dropped frames in OBS when i play games like Quake Champions. In high speed action games like that I just manage. CPU load is around 80% most of the time. See log file on https://hastebin.com/epucivenen.sql and the attached file for more info.

In AMD RYZEN MASTER I have the profile on Auto.

A other thing is that I can't get the Precision Boost Overdrive enabled in the BIOS when I do that my PC wont post. I have to Clear CMOS after i do that.

My main question is I guess:

Shall I buy a other 16 GB RAM (2x8GB Hyper X 2133-14 Fury Black RAM) kit so I have 32 GB RAM ( (4x8GB Hyper X 2133-14)

Or shall I buy 16GB RAM Quad set (4x4GB 3000ish?) and sell my old 2x8GB Hyper X 2133-14 Fury Black RAM) ? AND WILL THIS MAYBE HELP WITH THE Precision Boost Overdrive OPTION?
And what RAM would be best for the AMD 2700X with my setup?

I hope this information is sufficient.

Any suggestions are more then welcome!

Downscaling your camera to 720p will help a lot with reduced load on your CPU. I'm unfamiliar with dedicated streaming PC setup so can't offer more recommendations on this regard.

As far issues with your streaming PC go, the problem isn't the RAM, it's the motherboard you have chosen. Though it's weird you can't enable it at all, most motherboards with the x370 chipset are not ideal for PBO 2 and XFR 2, you'll need a x470 board with the latest BIOS to really use these new technologies to their full extent.

Thank you. Dont you think the 2133 RAM is too low for the CPU: AMD 2700X ?

If my memory isn't failing me, that set of RAM has DOCP profiles that allow you to push it to, at least, 3200MHz automatically, on the BIOS. You'll gain nothing by going with 4 sticks of memory. The x470 platform is far more "tolerant" about RAM kit specifications so you're significantly less likely to run into issues with RAM timings too.

Tnx again. I got it to 2700 ish manual. but it was hard to do. I could not find the auto profile to put it on 3200MHZ.

BIOS might be calling it XMP profile or something similar, under "OC Tweaker".
