Question / Help Need help troubleshooting

I was directed here by the Twitch sub reddit. My OBS has been disconnecting randomly during my streams. Now I've read through the disconnecting/lag forum that has already been made up here but I do not know where to start with that. I would like some help in eliminating variables in this issue I am having so that I have a starting point to go off of. I do have the log file and it will be attached the thread. Any help given is appreciated, because I am clueless and can only do so much on my own.

Hmm, streaming using a Wireless connection is not really what I would recommend. Although it might work for some time it can always be affected by too many things to list them here. A wired connection would be a good testing point to rule out its simply the wlan.
In general the log shows that your connection to the twitch server had stalls and before the disconnects did not send anything within the last 18 seconds. Assuming you have the same problems using a wired connection I would suggest to try out different Twitch servers that are near you and if that does not help you could test your internet connection speed and/or try streaming with a lower bitrate.

The problem with that is, where I am located in my house I am not close to the box in order to be plugged for a wired connection, so wireless is really all I have. But I will test different servers and bitrates. Thankyou for the suggestions.
