Try set your bitrate to 3500 and your fps to 30 or 45.

If your pc usage is too high either use a different preset or downscale.

Also we would appreciate it if you could post a log of your previous streams.

Okay, bitrate on 3500 is green, fps around 43-45, 0 framedrop. All system CPU usage = 60-70%, memory 30-35%

For me looks nice, but friend still got this "video lags". Mby i should change server? Right now im streaming to "EU: London, UK".

Here is video from this test : http://pl.twitch.tv/maldi997/b/380089617

Does your friend mean full on video pauses or does the video just look jittery? I don't actually recommend higher than 30fps for 1080p because Flash player seems to struggle with 1080p at higher frame rates and won't appear fully smooth.

If your friend is seeing full on pauses, for some reason his internet connection can't handle your bitrate. Since you are already using CBR, the only thing that will fix this is to lower bitrate.

Huym, i can change for 30fps but this change nothing for my friends... They got good internet connection .. smthing like 60mb. They can watch other streams and works good for them and only my stream lags ...

And next i dont want go lower than 3500/3000 bitrate... its look bad on lower settings.

Then the only other thing I can suggest is try other Twitch servers. It's still possible your stream is using higher bitrate than others that they watch. Keep in mind that just because your speedtests say 60mb download doesn't mean that's the download speed you can necessarily sustain from Twitch servers, for a variety of reasons.

yeah, i tried change serwers... but its still not working for them...

They normaly watch other full hd stream .. Mby i should change for 720p? If there is no other solution i will try lower my bitrate.

If you guys can give me some nice settings for 720p/60fps stream.
