Question / Help Need help to set up OBS proberly

Hi all.

I have been streaming for a bit, but looking through my recorded videos on twitch, it seems like the stream is a bit "corny", not as fluid looking like alot other streams.

My PC setup is;

Mainboard; MSI 970 Gaming
CPU; AMD FX 8350 Black Edition (8x4,0Ghz)
Memory; Kingston 16GB HyperX (1600mhz).
GFX; Radeon HD7870XT Joker 2GB,
HDD: Samsung SSD 120gb,
Internet; 60/60

My current OBS is:
encoding: 2700
process prio: Normal
x264: fast
encoding: high

Basic resolution: 1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720 and stretced in OBS (Playing 1280x960).

Is there any way I can make the stream seem more fluid looking with this set up?
