Question / Help Need help to improve my stream.

Hello guys,

I´m wondering if u guys can help me improve my stream.
I noticed a lot of people with worse computer spec´s and lower upload speed
to have a much nicer looking stream then i do.
My upload speed averages between 2.6 MBp/s - 3.2 MBp/s

Resolution is a bit high for the bitrate. Use 720p instead. Or, use the estimator we made and then do a bit of trial and error on the settings to see what works best for your given bitrate. Record locally with the same settings to check to see how it looks for easy and quick feedback

thanks for your advice.
what does this mean:

• Set FPS to 30
• Consider setting FPS to 60 with a resolution downscale if you have spare CPU power for improved motion quality.

I have plenty of CPU power left so do i just set the fps on 60?
they problem that i have when i test my stream that i have to stream to see how my stream looks because when i stream to a file i get (see attachement) this is a small screenshot of a the video. you can see the difference here: (http://www.twitch.tv/nfernozz/b/562864512)
