need help to connect to facebook

hello thank you for your time. am having trouble connecting to facebook. i have updated my obs updated my laptop also tried change my network settings but all has failed but when i connect to youtube it connects what could be the problem. i have attached my current log files

Are you behind any network firewall / content scanner that may be trying to inspect port 443? It looks like your RTMPS connection is being terminated prematurely.
