So the title could be a bit confusing but I want to try and stream a game with my friend with both screens in one scene. My first idea was discord screenshare and then just game capture my game and discord but discords streaming quality is really bad. Does anyone have any other ideas?

There really aren't any good solutions. Generally for co-streams it can be best to have both people stream independently, and use an aggregator site. For Twitch, I usually use Multitwitch or Multistream. Lets people load up both streams side by side, to watch both points of view.
