What method are you using to capture the game? Can you provide a video of the problem?

Do you just need to Right-click > Fit to Screen?

Do you think you could post your log? viewtopic.php?f=5&t=97

Looking at VOD it's fine.. your friend doesn't have a screen running at a 16.9 aspect ratio resolution. so he either have to force a stretched one from his graphics card control panel or have black areas around.

This one is fine for me and most viewers since it has a 16.9 aspect ratio. he has to change his windows screen resolution to 1280x720 1600x900 or 1920x1080 or watch your stream the way it is right now.

Sorry i didn't watch that last one to the point that mattered, ok so to fix your issue create a new scene with only game capture in it and another one with monitor capture (don't mix 2 in 1) then select the source and press "control F" so it will fill your screen.

http://www.twitch.tv/tjfrost1005d/b/394511561 -_- still having the problem
You're still having 2 sources in 1 scene.. create a new scene and when creating game capture of the game (not client) for that scene check "stretch image stretch image to screen" and then ignore aspect ratio. obs will show whatever scene you click at.
