Question / Help Need help streaming to stageit.com

I hope this is the correct place to ask.

I have not been able to stream to the service stageit.com. When I try to stream I use the provided url
rtmp://23846907.fme.ustream.tv/ustreamVideo/23846907 and stream id OBS seams to connect but I do not see my stream on stageit.com.

To test creating a stream you can create an account on stageit.com. Once you have an account enable Performer Tools. Under "Performer Tools" click on "Create a Soundcheck" and then click on "Additional Options" and enable "Advanced: Use desktop client software such as FMLE, Wirecast or Tricaster for broadcasting" and "Add a password to make this a private show"
 
This seems like a question for StageIt's support.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.
 
I just created an account on ustream.tv (IBM) and I can stream properly to ustream.tv. I am going to try to contact stageit to see what is wrong on their end.
 
It doesn't show you your own image unless you're using their interface. If you have a second account you can look at what you're broadcasting in a different browser (or have a friend log in to see the url they provide for your show,) but you won't see it on your end, except in what you see in the OBS window.
