Question / Help Need help, streaming PUBG fine but not CSGO?

CPU: i7 6700K
RAM: 16GB
GPU: 6GB GTX 1060

I stream at 720p60fps at a 3500 bitrate, I play PUBG just fine around 80+ FPS everywhere when I stream
but when I play CSGO I get around 80FPS too which is weird? Is there a problem with my system or something? Thanks
